Terms & Conditions
Check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 5:00pm at our office. Check Out is before 10:00 a.m. An
early check-in or late check-out can be coordinated for an additional
fee.
Reservation must be in the name of the card holder. Forms must be turned in prior to check in. This includes, Occupancy Agreement, Party Waiver and Innkeeper Agreement. All properties are non-smoking By city law, occupancy is two persons per bedroom. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Cancellation Policy In
the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as
soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival
date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation
fee. Reservations of one month or greater, cancellation notice must be received
60 days prior to your arrival. If your
reservation also includes the $69.00 deposit waiver, this option is
non-refundable.
