1. SEARCHING FOR A PROPERTY - If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, please call us during regular business hours on our Reservation Hotline (800) 777-4606 to
confirm the availability of your selection and to secure a reservation.
This toll free hotline is a dedicated "reservations only" number. You
may also email your reservation requests to us at info@ps4rent.com. 2. 24-48HR HOLDS - Once you have narrowed down your selection to the ideal home for your vacation, an agent will happily offer a complimentary 24-48hr hold if you need additional time to check with others you are traveling with. You will receive an automatic reminder within 24 hours to confirm your booking. This will hold your dates so that no one else can reserve them while you decide. Each guest may hold no more than 1 property for a maximum of 48 hours. After your hold has expired your dates will be released and bookable on a first come, first serve basis. 3. RESERVING YOUR STAY - At time of reserving, a credit card will be required to hold the reservation. We will not charge the credit unless you elect to pay by credit card. A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental rate, including cleaning fee, security deposit and city tax (if applicable) is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If your payment is not received in our office within 10 days, your reservation may be canceled without further notice. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you choose to release your reservation for any reason, prior to paying your initial payment, you would forfeit this deposit. For Stays booked Within 30 days of Arrival: You are required to pay the total balance of your reservation at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. How To Reserve Your Stay Online:
1. SEARCH FOR A PROPERTY -
Search for an available property based upon the days you are looking to
vacation. You may also choose to narrow down the choices by
searching by Type of Property (House or Condo), Number of Bedrooms and or these additional advanced search criteria:
Price Category: You may select to search within a certain price category if you have a particular budget in mind. Price categories are broken down based on the peak season nightly rate. 2. COMPARE HOMES: Our website offers the capability to COMPARE UP TO 3 VACATION RENTALS
side by side. To do this check the box labeled compare on the search
page by 2 or 3 available properties. Then at the top of the page select
Compare Homes.
3. VIEW PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS: From the search page click on the property photo or description to view additional photos, read a detailed description, see available amenities, and view the availability chart. 4. RECEIVE A QUOTE OR BOOK ONLINE: Once you have selected the perfect vacation home for your trip you may click on the Book It Now button at the top and middle of each property page. On this page you will see the cost of your vacation rental including all taxes and fees. This will default to not include Travel Insurance, click here to see why you should purchase this coverage. * When booking online a credit card will be required to hold the reservation. We do not automatically charge your credit card. You will receive a personal call from a Travel Planner to verify your reservation. If you elect to pay by credit card, a credit card authorization form requiring a valid government issued ID will be required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.5. FINALIZING RESERVATIONS: Reservations are not final until we receive your deposit, along with Occupancy Agreement and Party Waiver forms. Once your deposit is received, you will be sent the Innkeeper Agreement that must be signed and emailed or faxed. You will receive automatic email updates after you reserve a property Questions?
