Properties in McLean Company Rentals' rental program are required to adhere to a minimum furnishing list. All of our homes and condos provide the following amenities (unless otherwise noted in the property description).

We do not leave any chemicals in the home. As part of the cleaning fee, we do provide each arriving guest with a starter kit of hand & body soap, toilet paper & Kleenex, shampoo & conditioner, for each bathroom, dish washing & laundry soap, sheet softeners, color safe bleach & trash bags.  A 24 hour Pre-Arrival Inspection is conduction prior to check-in.  This pre-arrival ensure that the property is rent ready and adheres to our company standards.  Digital photos are taken to document the status of the property both at pre-arrival and check-out clean.
