VACATION RENTAL CHECK-LIST Check In Time is between 2:00 - 5:00 pm PST. If you will be arriving after 5 PM or on the weekend, you must call our office for Late Arrival instructions to assure that keys and directions are left for you. Upon Check In you will receive two sets of keys, driving directions and special instructions/notes about the property. For our Guests In-house. Our office is located on South Palm Canyon Dr. 477 S. Palm Canyon Dr. Ste 1, Palm Springs CA 92262. Prior to any keys issued, you must be Paid in Full and have completed and turned in your Occupancy Agreement, Party Waiver Form and Innkeeper Agreement. Office Hours Monday-Friday: 8:30 A.M.- 6:00 P.M. PST Saturday: 9 A.M. - 4 P.M. PST Sunday: 10 A.M.- 2 P.M. PST Check Out Time is 10:00 AM PST. Keys must be returned to our office in downtown Palm Springs. Late check outs are offered. Please ask your reservationist for the cost as it varies per property. |
