A refundable security deposit is required on all reservations and is payable as part of the total balance. This deposit protects the owners from any material damage done to the rental property. You’ll find the required security deposit amount listed below each property’s description.
Please report to our office any damages upon check in. Once you’ve checked out, our inspectors will ensure that the property has been left in proper order, clean and damage free. You will be notified if a problem exists. Any damage discovered shall be deducted from your security deposit. Guest is responsible and shall promptly pay for all damages in excess of the security deposit. If no damage is discovered, security deposit will be mailed back between 7 to 10 days after departure.
For rentals, exceeding one month or longer and in properties having private pools and where a “Utility Cap” is in effect, your security deposit will be returned to you 45 days after departure. This allows us time to receive and review the utility bills from the owner.
We may also charge an “Excessive Cleaning“ fee if you do not follow proper check-out procedures and have left the rental property in an unclean and in an unorderly manner, unsecured, or leave lights, heat, or air on. Please remember that this is someones private home…please respect it and treat it as you would your own.
If you violate the terms and conditions of your Occupancy Agreement or create a nuisance at the property and are asked to leave, you will lose any remainimg rental monies and your Security Deposit.
All Special Events are Subject to the Holiday Rate. Coachella Fest , Stage Coach, And Other Special Events & Holidays May Also Require An Additional Security Deposit.
