Check-In time is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm at our Palm Springs Rentals office. Do not go to the Rental Property for check in. You will receive two sets of keys, gate cards, garage door openers where applicable, an occupancy agreement that you will be asked to fill out, Rental Agreement and map to your rental property.
Check-Out is no later than 10:00am sharp on your date of departure. Keys and other items need to be returned to the same office where you checked in .
If you leave prior to our office opening, please drop keys and any other items through the mail slot in our front door.
A fee of $10 for each key and $50 for gate cards/garage door openers not returned will be deducted from your deposit.
