McLean Company Rentals represents many of the finest condominiums, private homes and estate homes in the Palm Springs and surrounding desert cities area. Each McLean Company Rental property is individually owned, each (MCR) property reflects the tastes of its owners.
Each is equipped with basic housekeeping items and complies with MCR’s Minimum Furnishings Requirements (see Furnishings & Equipments).
Every effort has been made to assure that our descriptions of each property are accurate, however, MCR cannot be held responsible for possible errors in printing, changes made by owners in furnishings or equipments, or matters that are beyond our control.
Our properties are well maintained and clean, however, just like your own home, unexpected breakdowns can occur. All efforts will be made to correct any problems you might experience in a timely manner; however, refunds will not be made for these mechanical equipment failures.
