McLean Company Rentals represents many of the finest condominiums, private homes and estates in Palm Springs and the other surrounding desert cities of Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indian Wells. Individually owned, each home reflects the owner’s personal taste in furnishings and decor. We want you to enjoy yourself immensely, but remember that you’re an invited guest so please don’t leave any unpleasant memories of your stay for others.
Kitchens are stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Bed sheets, linen and bath towels are also provided. Our homes are cleaned after each guest and inspected again prior to your arrival. Please call our office if the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction. We can correct the situation right away.
All items including large and small appliances in the kitchen, telephone, TV/VCR or DVD and comply with McLean Company Rentals’ Minimum Furnishings Requirements (See Furnishings & Equipments). All properties have central air-conditioning and heat.
Every effort has been made to assure that our descriptions of each property are accurate, however, McLean Company Rentals cannot be held responsible for possible errors in printing, or changes made by owners in furnishings or equipments, or matters that are beyond our control.
Our properties are well maintained and clean, however, just like your own home, unexpected breakdowns can occur. All efforts will be made to correct any problems you might experience in a timely manner; however, refunds cannot be made due to mechanical equipment failures, unscheduled construction or inclement weather.
A Minimum 3 Night Rental may be Required for Holidays and Some Special Events.
